ABOUT
ANNA
SCARMONCIN
What I know, I share.
I’ve spent the last twenty years learning about experiential education, about groups and teams, about parenting and childhood, and about life and personal growth.
And for over ten years, I’ve been dedicated to helping families, individuals, and organizations develop the skills they need to thrive, overcome challenges, and build meaningful connections.
Why I’m Here to Support You
With two bachelor’s degrees – one in International Science and Diplomacy from Italy, the other in Social Work from Nuremberg – I bring a unique foundation to my coaching practice. But the journey has been about much more than just education.
From my early days as a scout, which taught me the power of experiential learning, to becoming a certified transformational coach, I’ve always been passionate about growth through real-world experiences. This hands-on, evidence-based approach is at the core of my work with clients.
My Journey in Life, Family, and Business Coaching
In my practice, I draw from a wide range of experiences: studying as an NLP-Practitioner, training as an experiential educator, learning about conflict management, and completing Yale University’s course on the Kazdin Method® of Parenting. My personal breakthrough was my introduction to the 3-Principles approach, which helped me look beyond immediate solutions to a more profound, compassionate view of personal and professional growth.
Since 2011, I’ve worked with children, teens, and young adults across Europe. In 2018, I began offering coaching services to families, individuals, and businesses. This dual focus allows me to support both personal and organizational growth, fostering healthier relationships and workplace dynamics. Since 2022, I’ve also served as a family counselor at the University Hospital Erlangen’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Center.
Whether you’re seeking personal guidance, family support, or business coaching, I’m here to help you uncover strengths, embrace change, and reach new heights together.
